Salezy Bogumił Tomczak OFM (Province of St. Francis of Assisi, Poznan) - born 1940, religious profession 1958, priest 1965, specialized studies in library science at the University of Wroclaw (1969-1974), organizer of the Central Library of the Province - Branch of Special Collections - manuscripts and old prints (1968) and the Museum of the Province in Poznan (1972), editor of "Franciscan Studies" since 1982 and the series entitled "Library of Franciscan Studies" since 1997. Lecturer on the history of the Franciscan order at the OFM Major Theological Seminary in Katowice Panewniki (1981-1991) and the OFM Major Theological Seminary in Wronki (since 1991).
